Anxiety

I have struggled with anxiety my entire life. I was just better at hiding it when I was younger. For some, anxiety is always present or comes in waves. For others, it is only sporadic. However, when someone experiences anxiety it is a challenging fact of life. Here are a few triggers of high levels of anxiety:

  • The loss of a job

  • Moving locations

  • Financial

  • The birth of a child

  • The death of a friend or loved one.

  • Religion


Those are just a few possible triggers of extreme anxiety. That being said, anxiety can be very present in seemingly minor situations as well. For example:

  • Social Situations

  • Crowds

  • Tests

  • Friendships

  • Family relationships

  • Religion
